One of South Florida`s most prominent restaurateurs was reported lost at sea on Tuesday, five days after setting sail from the Bahamas in a 40-foot sailboat. Chuck Muer, whose trademark Charley`s Crab restaurants are among more than 20 he owns in South Florida and elsewhere, was due in Jupiter on Saturday, the day a major winter storm battered the East Coast from Cuba to Canada.
