Guess how many windows are working? Three and a half windows! Ine lady goes in and out and chats with some other lazy employee, who pretends really hard that she is doing something useful. I decided to ask the front desk how far behind they were just so I could grab something to snack on in the mean time, the lady that helped me out was really sweet and said she'd ask for me. She went to ask someone I'm assuming above her, And the manager blew her off in front of me. She asked her nicely and all the manager said is 'she needs to wait' and shrugged her shoulders she asked what number we were on and all she replied is 'she needs to wait' I could see it in the ladies eyes that she was hesitant to come back to me with an answer. All she did was apologize and said she couldn't give me a time. This DMV is for processing Driver Licenses only!

I received my renewal notice in the mail, I moved so I needed to change my address, unfortunately that meant that I would have to pay a visit to the DMV and not just renew online. I arrived before opening in the hope that I would avoid a crowd, to my dismay there were at least 40 people already standing in line outside. I handed him my paperwork, he asked me a few questions, gave me an eye test, handed my paperwork back and directed me to where I would have my photo taken. After the photo I was done, I was told my license would arrive within 3 weeks. Total time for my DMV visit was only 30 minutes! My license arrived in the mail in 8 days! I want to start off by saying that I went into this DMV expecting to be treated like crap because I've never had a good experience at a DMV. I am pleasantly surprised at the awesome customer service that I received!

I wish I had the names of everyone who made my experience great. When I walked in, there was a security guard there who offered me a clipboard to fill out my paperwork. I even asked her a few questions about what I had to do and where to go and she helped me with that too! When have you ever had a security guard at a DMV help you and be happy about helping you, at that??! The lady who put all of my information in and ran my payment was also really nice!

She got everything taken care of very quickly. After I paid, I took my picture and then took the online exam. The computers were touch screen and it made the test easy/fast to take. After the test, there was a final person who helped me and he was very nice and personable. I just want to thank everyone there for such a great DMV experience. I'm probably a little too excited about this haha.
