The latest firmware is not the best or the correct firmware. The modem is also an obsolete DOCSIS 2 one and will need to be replaced. Problem is, that's an obsolete modem and TWC's not going to replace it and probably give you a hard time as you own it. They want everyone to go to DOCSIS 3 as well as all other cable companies.
